Magic: The Gathering Limited Edition (Alpha) Lands Complete Set
of 10 CGC Graded Trading Card Game (Wizards of the Coast,
1993). The Alpha Edition is the first set of cards released for
the Magic: The Gathering game. These cards had a limited print run,
so many players needed the opportunity to obtain these cards.
Offered in this lot is a complete set of 10 Basic Lands from this
set. Each Basic Land has 2 versions. They have all been graded by
CGC and include Plains – Trees (NM/Mint+ 8.5), Plains – No Trees
(Near Mint+ 7.5), Island – Orange/Yellow Sky (NM/Mint 8), Island –
Blue Sky (Near Mint+ 7.5), Swamp – Blue Tint (NM/Mint 8), Swamp –
Brown Tint (NM/Mint+ 8.5), Mountain – Blue Sky (NM/Mint+ 8.5),
Mountain – Brown Sky (Near Mint 7), Forest – Path (NM/Mint 8), and
Forest – Mushrooms (NM/Mint+ 8.5). The artwork was done by
Christopher Rush, Douglas Schuler, Dan Frazier, Mark Poole, and
Jesper Myrfors.
